Systems & Product Philosophy

How I think about product,

systems, and execution.

I approach product and operations as interconnected systems where people, timing, incentives, and execution must work together for the strategy to actually land.

Two decades ago, I studied choreography at the collegiate level, a discipline that required holding an entire system at once: aligning timing, structure, individual strengths, and collective flow so the work performed under real-world conditions. That systems-level training shaped how I think about coordination, execution, and clarity.

In 2008, I co-founded JSJ, launching my work in business development, strategy, and operations. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years working across technology, digital platforms, ecosystems, marketing, and operations, leading product development, growth strategy, and execution in complex, fast-moving, and global environments.

Today, I apply this combined lens to organizations and founders: seeing how people, platforms, and processes interact; designing flow rather than force; and building structures that make strategy usable, sustainable, and effective.

This approach shapes how I lead, build, and partner with organizations, whether in fractional or full-time roles.
