Consulting & Strategy Services

Because consulting and strategy services involve personalized time, expertise, and delivery of work specific to your business, all consulting fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

To support clarity and alignment, all projects include:

A written scope of work
Defined deliverables and timeline
Transparent communication throughout the process

If a project needs to pause due to client availability or scheduling, unused hours may be rescheduled at our discretion within 60 days, but not refunded.

Retainer & Fractional Services

Monthly retainers (including Fractional Growth Partner services) are non-refundable once billing has occurred. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Digital Products & Templates

All digital products, downloads, or templates are final sale and non-refundable due to instant access to content.

Exceptions may be considered if:

A technical issue prevents delivery, and
The client contacts us within 7 days of purchase

Website Design & Sprint Services

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., website design or growth sprints):

A deposit is required to begin work
Deposits are non-refundable
Remaining fees are non-refundable once work is underway

If a client delays a project, we may reschedule work as availability allows, but pauses longer than 30 days may require a new start date and/or additional fees.

We are committed to quality and collaboration. If you have concerns at any time, please email us at hello@syannstevens.com so we can address issues quickly.

Refunds are not offered for completed strategy, implementation, or advisory work, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure agreed-upon deliverables meet the scope defined.

Chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please reach out first. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of agreement, and we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting documentation.
